| The accommodation is in a carefully renovated barn set in the grounds of an English couple’s farmhouse. Situated high in the hills there are vistas towards the Tuscan mountains and charming local views of the valley, a few miles to the west of the upper Tiber. A wonderfully relaxing, peaceful and private place with 3 acres of mature gardens all fenced. |

| The ground floor is an open plan kitchen/living room with door to covered terrace which has a table and gas barbecue. The well equipped kitchen has a gas hob and microwave for cooking, a good sized fridge and ironing facilities. A washing machine is available. Above is a spacious double bedroom (two joined beds) with French windows onto a private terrace. The en-suite shower room is equipped with hairdryer and heated towel rail. An adjoining room offers extra space and has numerous books for guests’ use. All rooms have gas convector heaters. A portable air-condition unit is also provided. |

The cottage is next to the solar heated pool (10X5 metres) with wide terracing supplied with sunshade and loungers. There is also a gazebo with table and chairs. From here the surrounding views are particularly splendid. |

Ca’ de Bondanza is 15 mins from Trestina, a small town which offers all the usual facilities including supermarket shopping, banks, a pharmacy, garages and restaurants. The English owners have lived there for many years and can advise on all aspects of your stay. They give a generous welcome pack and will also supply fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden in season. Special dietary requirements can be catered for if requested prior to your arrival. As well as bed linen and bath towels, pool towels are also provided.
There are two friendly pet dogs.
