1. Rentals go from 4pm (16.00) on the first day to 10am (10.00) on the last day.
2. The booking is taken on the understanding that the numbers of guests will not exceed the stated maximum.
3. The booking deposit is needed to confirm the booking and is non-refundable.
4. The balance of payment is due six weeks before the rental starts and is not refundable. If the property is re-rented for the same period, some part may be refunded.
5. Where a damage deposit has been paid, this will be refunded as soon as possible after we have been notified by the owner or caretaker of the property that all is well. Reasons for deductions from deposit can be : damage, extra cleaning, telephone calls, late departure.
6. After full payment we will send a receipt, directions and a local map by post, email or both.
