Our selection of larger Umbria farmhouses & Tuscany villas has properties ranging in size from four to nine bedrooms. All of our larger Tuscany villas and Umbria farmhouses have swimming pools. Most are very well appointed although they range in quality from basic (Carmina) through to high specification luxury Tuscany villas (i Bassi, Villa Forconi and Casa Castellino). You can take price for equivalently sized villas as an indicator of quality, obviously, if your Tuscany Villa is more expensive than other vacation accommodation with the same number of bedrooms, the quality will be higher! Most of these villas are very close to the Tuscany Umbria border near Cortona, the beautiful Niccone Valley and Lake Trasimeno. However, one of the luxury Tuscany Villas, I Bassi, is nearer to the Tuscan city of Arezzo, although you can still be in Umbria very quickly.
