If you have a property in Tuscany or Umbria that you would like to list on our website I am happy to publicise it with a link to your website / listing for an annual fee of £300. At the moment this will be a photo and link on the homepage with a brief description of the property and a prominent “Book Direct With Owner” button.
Individual Property Pages
If given enough photos and information, for an extra £200 I can also create an individual page for the property on my website but your property won’t appear in my ” Search Available Properties” as it won’t be on my database. Again this individual page will link directly to you as the owner.

If you can get extra bookings through your own website rather than listing on a larger portal you can quickly recoup the cost of this service in saved booking fees.
